01 battery process
In the early days of the new environmental protection policy, that is, in 2014, the state called for the implementation of the cadmium-free internalization process in the battery industry. Cadmium in lead-acid batteries can enhance the conductivity of the battery, reduce the internal resistance of the battery, improve the discharge voltage of the battery, and withstand high and low temperature, good charge and discharge performance. After the battery process is selected without cadmium + internalization, the battery performance is affected. The most obvious point is that the initial voltage of the battery is low, that is, the battery will be fully charged, and the acceleration will easily occur when two cells are discharged.
But you don't have to worry, the cadmium-free + internalization process is in line with the sustainable development of the battery. After achieving sufficient circulation, the battery performance will gradually increase and the service life will increase.
02 battery self-discharge
Some users do not ride immediately after fully charging the electric car, but leave the electric car for several days. However, the electric vehicle battery itself has a self-discharge condition, so the longer the standing time is, the larger the power loss is, and the faster the battery voltage drops. When the user rides again, it is easy to see an acceleration of two grids.
The electric car should be fully charged before it is idle. After 3-5 days, charge once. The battery cannot be fully charged or overcharged, and it cannot be undercharged or charged.
03 line damp
These days, it is rainy or rainy, and it is not ruled out that the battery line is damp. If the line is damp, the electric vehicle resistance will increase, and the electric vehicle battery voltage will drop, which will cause the electric vehicle to accelerate the two grids. When doing battery testing, it needs to be dried.
Try not to ride an electric car on rain or snow, because it is not safe, can't run, and the electric car is losing.
